Well another show has been and gone and I think we all had a good time
This year our contribution was somewhat less than we have previously been able to muster but none the less we still had a good showing with Dougs "Wrendale" layout, "Sons of Gwalia" built by Brian Norris, The bridge module of "Mogumber Bridge" and the S scale team "Show you how" demonstrations.
Here is a few pictures from the weekend
Pictures by Neil Blinco, Alison Kelly and Kieron Wright.

Thanks for sharing your photos, we of the eastern states rarely see any S scale or WA prototypes modelled.
ReplyDeleteWhat gauge track is the Sons of Gwalia firewood railway modelled with?
You are welcome Mark :-)
ReplyDeleteI believe there is one modeller in Newcastle modeling Sn3.5 along with QLD, a couple in SA and one or two in Tas.
Sons of Gwalia is S scale using 9mm gauge track to represent 2' gauge. All rollingstock is scratch-built.
